Podcast queue not syncing yet???

I would have thought that Apple would have implemented this feature by now. How can you have a queue that isn't available across devices??? I make a queue of episodes on Apple Podcasts for macOS and get in the car and use Podcasts on CarPlay only to find that the queue didn't follow me. It's just ridiculous.

Other apps, especially Pocket Casts implements this feature best; no matter what device I'm using the queue and the exact place in the episode I'm listening to is there! At least give the option to activate it if some users don't care/want it.
