mail login to Yahoo mail fails, then does not allow mail app to be closed (Force Quit) required

I am trying to log back into Yahoo mail service. The mail.app requests a login to Yahoo mail but failed to authenticate. Note there is a problem with the sign in window of the mail.app it is small. It does note let the protected by reCAPTCHA does not work.

It is my belief that the reCAPTCHA not working is my problem with the login process.

This has something to do with the way the Apple Mail.app is displaying the loading window for the Yahoo account.

Note that I am unable to get the reCAPTCHA to activate!

After this I have tried to enter the password which results in the login failure.

This leads to the next problem. After the login failed. The window above will not let you cancel the operation and close the window.

This leads to "Force Quit" the mail.app being the only way to get back control of the Mail.app.

any help would be appreciated.
