Transfer Data From iPhone XR to iPhone 15

Hi! I just purchased the iPhone 15 128GB and I was thinking can I still transfer my data from my current iPhone XR 256GB to the new phone? Do mind I also have a 1TB iCloud storage which makes my current phone storage at 67GB of usage. Kindly advise, thank you! Oh and everything has been backed up in the Cloud.
