There are two versions of the Zoom Workplace desktop app. That Mac will need the Apple Silicon one.

Unable to install Zoom on Ventura 13.5 I'm unable to install Zoom on Ventura 13.5. It first started when I upgraded to Ventura 13.5 and it required me to update the Zoom software. When I tried, I received Zoom error code 10004 and could not update Zoom and Zoom would not function. I then tried completely removing Zoom and installing it again, but I still wasn't able to install Zoom. I got the error message, "The Installation Failed. The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." Unfortunately, I only have the "basic" Zoom plan, so Zoom isn't customer support isn't going to talk to me. I then tried rebooting my mac in safe mode and installing Zoom again but I get the same Installation Failed message. Any advice would be appreciated. I have a Mac Airbook, M1 Chip, 8GB SSD running Ventura 13.5

That worked!! Thanks! The first time I tried, I didn't notice the tiny link "silicon" within the link. But the second time, I found it and it worked. Yay!
