When i plugged in the keyboard which is a wired keyboard, it does not light up. Afterwards i tried it on my other laptop which is a Thinkpad and it lights up. I am using MacOS catalina. I looked for the option keyboard brightness but I cant find it. Does anyone know the fix? Thank you for your time in reading this. -Shev

Is it plugged directly into the back of the Mac or to some USB hub? You should be plugging it into the Mac directly.
