I have been unable to install a profile from Safari due to an unknown error

When I try to download files from we transfer a message appears saying safari cannot install profile due too an unknown error. Does anybody know how to fix this? I need the files for work and cannot download them. This is the case for my iPad mini and

iPad Safari Won’t Import MacBook Safari Bookmarks I just purchased a new iPad Air. I created a Safari HTML bookmark export file from my MacBook with Safari Version 17.6. The iPad Safari does not import the MacBook Safari bookmarks. I receive an error pop-up “Import Failed. Safari could not find data to import in “Safari Bookmarks” (the file name). I can open the HTML file and view the bookmarks, so I know the bookmarks are there. I’ve tried importing from flash drive and from a file on the iPad, all give the same error. I’ve updated the iPad software and turned off/on the iPad. No luck with importing. What suggestions do you have? Thank you.

Why are my downloads unstable in Safari on iPad 10th Gen? After I updated my iPad 10th generation with the last update. It is very unstable with downloading files from the internet , a little jpg even stuck and I have to redownload it in the status window. But I also get a weird gear icon in blue on the top right of the screen. I can not find anything on this icon online on the Apple website. Can somebody explain what it is and why my downloads in Safari are so unstable after updating my iPadOS? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
