samsung phone not connecting to mac mini 2 on usb c connection.
This is crazy, Mac mini2 is my first Mac device and so many problems.
I change usb slots, USB cables & used different softwares such as Madroid, open MTP, enable developer mode still no use.
Can I connect android device in other way for file transfer ?

Have you gone into the Android phone settings an enabled connection to a computer via USB and set any other permission needed to access the phone from a computer?
I wasn't sure, because you typed Madroid.
Have you tried a different Sync & Charge cable?
Have you opened the phone settings and enabled it to use the USB connection?
No I have an iPhone, but I move photos from my wife's Samsung phone using Android File Transfer.
If the USB connection is not working..?
Try using a different USB-C Sync & Charge cable.
If the software is not working..?
Try getting and using MacDroid or Android File Transfer.
I mentioned that I have tried Macdroid, open MTP. No use. Even I changed my mobile settings to Developer mode. Are you using Samsung Galaxy phone ?
