I am unable to share images to FaceBook from Photos
I try to share photos and more to Facebook from another app, but, Facebook is not listed as an option

That's right. Apple has added "hooks" in its system so developer's could integrate their apps into the Mac system. Evidently Facebook has not updated their upload app (or they don't have an upload app and do everything via a browser) to take advantage of those "hooks".
You can do it thru a browser but there's a catch: currently you can only see photos in the library and not albums (which would make grouping photos to upload easier to find).
So to get around that lack of feature I add a unique keyword to those photos I want to upload to a website and search for the keyword in the browser:
If you know the file name or Title you can search for those. But keywords are easier. I then remove the keyword from the photos after uploading..
