The Sony Headphones App is not connected to my network.

When I downloaded the App, my Wi-Fi is on but the App said, “Can not connect to network.”

I need help with this. My IOS is up to date with IOS 17. I never had this problem before.

Is there a solution to this?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 17

Apparently Sony IT stuff forgot to update SSL cert on that web site, as described on one of Android forums.

Sorry, I don't remember the author.

Initially I noticed that info (apparently important) wasn't showing up, blank page with "broken" sign.

Then I cleared cache and storage, reinstalled the app and exactly the same problem as described.

Patience, they will get back to work and fix it in an hour, if they will notice. Till then nothing can be done.

From an IT stuff perspective, it will be humiliating for Sony, shame on you. Your monitoring systems suck.

🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
