How to unblock my lost iPhone that I found back

When you reported the phone as lost, you contacted your carrier at that time, correct?

If you did, the carrier "blocked" or "blacklisted" the phone.

Only the carrier can un-block the phone. Apple cannot do this.

That’s not “Blocked” … it’s “Activation Locked”

You simply need to enter the password of the AppleID partially displayed on the screen.

If that’s not you, you’ll need to get the previous owner to do it.

It had to have been blocked by your carrier as in Blacklisted. Contact your carrier.

Apple does not do anything at all with reports of lost or stolen iPhones. They could NOT block your phone at all. Only the carrier can, and your carrier gave you the typical blame game answer by telling you to contact Apple.

So are we to not believe your first post in this thread, which would lead us to believe the phone was lost, which you reported lost? Only now you are saying the person returned the phone to you, so you actually let someone else use your phone.

As Chattanoogan correctly told you, the phone is Activation Locked and that is NOT blocked. The person you let use your phone erased the phone and set it up for themselves. You need to get them to unlock the phone or you won't be able to use it.

Exactly what do you see on your screen which you are saying “Is Blocked”

When you obtained a replacement SIM for your replacement phone, did you not contact your carrier in the process ???
