The current version of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote (all v13.2) in the Mac App Store require macOS Ventura (13.*) or later for installation. If you have previously installed any of these applications from the Mac App Store since Oct 2013, and they were not preinstalled by Apple or a third-party reseller, then you have a chance to get the last compatible versions (v13.1) for Monterey.

If the preceding is true, then launch the Mac App Store and be signed in with the same Apple ID you used previously to install older version of these applications. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel, and you should see some symbolism adjacent to Pages and Keynote to install them. One or more dialogs will appear. Do not click Cancel on any of these and the last dialog will ask if you want to install the last compatible version of these applications for macOS Monterey. Do so.

Otherwise, there is no means to obtain Pages, Numbers, or Keynote for Monterey.
