How to: Numbers Spreadsheet Rental Property income and expenses

We have a vacation condo that we rent. I need NUMBERS spreadsheet showing monthly RENT receipts with a total for all 12 months and then expenses catefories for 12 months. In the end, showing total income less total expenses for net profit. I can't seem to find a template that has the months with subtotals and totals.
