Iphone 6 screen goes black and have to reboot
I have an IPhone 6 for my mom. I love the safety features I can put in place to keep her from getting scammed. However her IPhone screen will randomly go black and she is unable to answer the phone. I have to talk her thru resetting the phone often. Is this something with ALL IPhone or just IPhone 6? I will get a newer phone if it will stop this from happening. My mom is elderly and she may be hitting buttons to cause this, I am not sure.
