Apple Watch ghost presses on screen
Apple 12 watch entering passcode on its own. Trying random numbers as if it is being hacked.
Changing faces as well. Rebooted phone. Reset face. Problem with face and passcode continues.

Launch the Watch app on your paired iPhone. Settings->General->Software Update
