Where can I get the macOS update 13.6.6?

I have a 5K retina iMac that’s on OS 13.3.x. I tried upgrading to latest 13.6.6 update but it won’t take. It goes through the download process but doesn’t complete the upgrade. Do I need to find earlier updates to bring it up to date?

First try following the steps at > Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support

If that doesn't work, startup in Safe Mode and then see if you can update the macOS.
