Previous Channel on FuboTV app

Is there a way to go back to the previous channel on the Fubo TV app (on Apple TV) without going to the guide or Home and scrolling. I’ve tried various touches on the Apple Remote and can’t find anything that works.

A not find my apple tv Remote icon I understand there should be an icon for my Apple TV remote in the iPhone drop down. It’s not there. I was told this would assist if I cannot find my remote.
