Apple Watch series 9 touchscreen going crazy

My watch suddenly acting as if something was touching the screen randomly, as if being touched everywhere or randomly. Could not get to power off normally as the off button could not be touched. Managed to force the watch to reboot by jolting down crown and action button for 10 seconds. Screen appears to be working normally after restart.

Apple Watch 7 Vibrates / clicking / screen moves For a long time I having these problems like suddenly it start phantom clicking/vibrate, screen automatically moves. without me doing anything, chimes is disabled and it still has this issue. only way to stop this is to shutdown the watch and restarting it again and then is gone. But after a few hours it returns again. I find this really annoying and for a watch of this quality it shouldn’t be happening
