What I see as default—
Finder>Go>Go to Folder, copy & paste:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SkyLight.framework/Versions/A/
see :
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SkyLight.framework/
Your default is the same as mine, but the software https://www.mono-project.com/ does not have the required files. It should be his problem. Or, because of the system upgrade, this folder is no longer there, but the old system still has it.
I went to the official website of mono to find out the reason. It does support 64-bit Carbon operation. Thank you for your answer.
