Hi. I’ve recently bought my new iPhone 15 but unfortunately on this device I don’t have a FaceTime audio option.
I almost tried every possible way but unfortunately I couldn’t find a solution.
I would appreciate if you help me with this.

If the device was purchased in, or provided for customers in China, it will not have that option.
