Apple ID account recovery keeps failing

Hi all I seriously need some help since February I have been trying to get in to my id give all the info bank card email passcode but apple are saying I am logged in some were else but I am not I’ve checked all devices I have it goes in to the recovery process but then the date it gives me when that comes I have no text or call it’s getting to be very annoying now I have so many videos on there of my late father I really need it back any advice would be appreciated thanks ☺️

I am not clear if your new phone is using the current contact information or if they are trying to call the phone in the drawer. My understanding is Apple tries to use the contact information as it is in the account being recovered.

Was your contact information updated in your account? Apple is likely trying to use that.

Yes it was all the same as it should be the phone that I had all this on the screen broke went black so I just brought a new phone as that was an old one only thing I can think of is that the phones still on but it’s been in the draw for over a month so surly that wouldn’t be on
