Can Apple Watch wake me at the optimal time in my sleep cycle?
So there are apps and alarm clocks that claim to wake you up at the optimal time in your sleep cycle. They wake you up when you're in a light sleep, and you'll wake refreshed, instead of waking you up when you're deeply asleep and will wake up groggy. You set a "window" in which you want to wake up, and it makes the decision at the best time. Can Apple Watch do this? It seems like it should be able to. Thank you.
