Update to my Mac Pro 2016 running 12.7.4

My 2016 MacPro is working fine, but whenever I want to get support for something I'm always asked to update. Can I put Sonoma on this older, almost vintage laptop?

Why can't I update my iMac 2017 to macOS Sonoma? I currently have Ventura 13.7.5. and it says my Mac is up to date. When I try to update my Mac on App Store, it says 'Update not found', the requested version of macOS is not available and to check if my Mac is compatible with the software. Though, in the App Store where it says get Sonoma, under the description it says it is compatible with my Mac. I have the iMac Retina 4k, 21.5-inch, 2017. What do I do? I really need this update. A Mac Pro and a MacBook Pro are 2 very different things.

No such thing as a 2016 MacPro exists.

This is a Mac Pro:

A 2016 MacBook Pro cannot be updated beyond macOS 12 Monterrey. It lacks the hardware to properly run Ventura or later macOS versions.
