Please help to get contact of Apple support either an email or contact no.

I have been charged USD 98.99 on 09 March 2024 & the same amount Charged on 12 March on my Credit Card @ Apple.com/Bill Cupertino US

These amounts do not appear when I want to request for refund.

I'm writing here because I believe this community could provide me a guidance.
