Iphone 14 pro green screen after warranty expiration

My iphone 14 pro screen started to have problems just 10 days after warranty expiration. I have seen several similar issues from users and Apple is not taking any responsability for this factory malfunction. I have kept my iphone in pristine conditions, never droped or spilled water on it and yet the screen was gone as soon as the warranty expired. The cost is a third of its price and this is my first time in 15 years of using Apple to have this problem. I am deeply dissapointed that such an expensive phone can only last for 1 year and the manufacturer is turing a blind eye on this.
