Widgets from desktop of MacBook with macOS Sonoma Disappeared

Sometimes, the widgets disappear. I am still determining the reason.

Every time I restart, the widgets will appear again.

I feel tired of restarting every time I bring the widgets back.

I'm using a MacBook Pro 14-inch (M1 Pro, 2021).

I have experienced this issue since the release of macOS Sonoma.

I keep updating the macOS to the latest. Currently using macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

Could anyone tell me what's the reason? Thank you.
