Is anyone else having trouble installing metro eSIM?
iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17
I'm not being offensive in saying this, but Metro is a budget carrier who goes off T-Mobile and you get what you pay for in terms of service.
Unfortunately, Apple can't install your eSim and no one here can here either. You need to work with Metro and keep elevating this higher up the chain.
What did Metro say when you contacted them for help?
I’ve saw other people downloaded through myMetro app - but without cell service it won’t let me install app :-(
I get that. I do. I just don't know how much anyone else can help you when the help you need is from the carrier directly.
I’ve called twice, gone into the store multiple times with no help.
And I just wanted help from others who switched to Metro, wasn’t asking someone to install my eSIM
