Calendar Sync between MacBook and Android

Here's what works: MacBook Calendar and free Outlook Calendar on the MacBook sync well.

What I cannot get to work: I have the choice of Samsung Calendar or Google Calendar on my Galaxy S22 phone. I cannot get either phone calendars to sync to the two calendars on my MacBook. I have my Google account listed and accepted under my Apple Calendar but no syncing is happening.

Is there a way to sync all the calendars? I have the latest version of them all. I would like to be able to add an event to any calendar and have it added to all calendars.

Please advise if you know the way to get all calendars to sync across these platforms.
