How do I request a refund for a subscription?

now I I checked my credit card and found that I was overcharged for a subscription I didn't have. How can I get my money back?

If the subscription was made from an app using Apple Payment processing, you can request a refund here:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If it does not show up there, it is likely that the subscription was made from another locations such as directly with the company website. In that case you will need to contact them for a refund.


You may also want to consider cancelling the subscription, if they are overcharging you. Requesting a refund may not automatically cancel the subscription.
