There is no such thing as an Apple Pay card. Is it Apple Card Mastercard, Apple Cash card, a bank issued credit or debit card or what exactly?

the problem I had is when I open my wallet on the iPhone , there is a card with icon “cash” right? .
I click it.
On the right top, there is a circle with 3 dots.
After clicking it, it says, card number,
i click the “card number “
then piping out a the tap as the picture I showed you last reply.
Hope I make my self clear
