Data erase
I have to send my old phone back & selected the ‘Get Started’ option instead of “Erase All Content and Settings”. Will ‘Get Started’ still erase all my data in the same way if I had chosen the “Erase All” option?

No, selecting “Get Started” will not erase your iPhone. It simply backs up your iPhone so that you have a backup to restore your new iPhone from.
