Hello, I'm trying to pay for a CapCut account. I enter my bank details, my address and this does not allow me to proceed with the payment. I have a message telling me to contact you.

I have verified my payment method 10 times and still can’t download the app. There are funds in the account, so I don’t understand I have verified my information 10 times and it still asks for it, once I save it, it goes back and does the same thing
