Iphone with physical dual sims

I have read reviews for Iphone 15 with physical dual sims about the phones heating up. Is it on account of this version and are these original Apple phones ?

iPhone with dual physical nano sim slots are only available in China mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao.

And regarding the "phone heating up issue", could you be more specific ?

Not that I experienced personally. But i am planning to buy a new Iphone and was exploring one with physical dual sim version. I came across reviews that the iphone with physical dual sims usually faced heating issues when put for charging. And OS update resolved it but had to be sure if this is a big concern to go for physical dual sim phone.
