how to fully erase the Apple UDIF read-only Media in sonoma?

My MacStudio 2022 M1 Max came with Ventura. It always gave me problems as forgetting the passwords form email app and other apps, moving the dock no matter how I set it, randomly mixing the Option and command keys and more.

I Upgraded to Sonoma many times but nothing change except the size of the Apple UDIF read-only Media which is now 18GB.

Is there a way to fully erase it with the whole SSD and reinstall either Ventura or SOnoma in a totally empty drive?

If yes how do I do it? Is there a terminal command I can use in the recovery mode? Or any other option?
