Pair with what?
The procedure is most often: set the accessory (headphone) in pairing mode. Then go to the Bluetooth settings on the host device (e.g. mobile or computer), see the accessory as newly discovered BT device; select that to connect it.
Try pairing to my iPhone 12 it use to work it doesn’t. I pressed the button for paring it doesn’t show the name of my beats on my settings of my Bluetooth on my phone
