Outlook Sound for New Mail is Disabled - won't allow me to enable.

Hello,

I am not receiving sound or banner notifications on Outlook on my iPhone 15.

I have notifications on...

Additionally, when I go into the Outlook app --> Settings --> Mail Notifications, I can't enable it.

It just says Disabled but won't allow me to toggle to enable it. Is there another setting I need to change somewhere? I'm missing a lot of emails. Funny enough, I do receive time sensitive messages, like calendar invites.

Interestingly, while I was working on the settings and turned on the sound notifications, my phone now sends me Mail app notifications, although Outlook is my default app.

Please help!
