Can anyone tell me how I can download Pallet 11 Embroidery Software on my Mac Air.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.2

That software only runs on Windows. If you have an intel based Mac, you can use virtualization or Boot Camp to install windows to run that application. There is no native Mac version that runs on macOS.
