Itouch stuck on Apple Logo and after restore

My itouch i recently tried 2 jailbreak, but the jailbreak didn't work, so I just restored the Itouch and was going 2 try and jailbreak it again. But the Itouch went to the restore screen (with the bar) and filled the bar and went 2 restart, but got stuck on the apple logo screen. on top of the logo it has the spinning "loading" circle, Help please, Im pulling my hair out trying 2 fix it

same problem it keeps shwing the apple logo the the circle thing then it starts over again

You could try restarting the iTouch. You can do this by pressing the home and power buttons until the screen turns black and then shows the Apple Logo. If this doesn't work then you can try to put the iTouch in recovery mode and restore it. To learn to put it in recovery mode go to http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034 (DFU is the pretty much the same as recovery.
But if you don't want to restore it then, I would install Umbrella and run it when your in Recovery mode and click "kick out of recovery", though I'm not sure if this will work.

THANK YOU!!!!! pressing and holding the on/off button and home didnt work, BUT THE ITUNES worked, i went on the website and for those of you who wanna kno how 2 do it here it is,

1)
open itunes
2) Press and hold both, on/off button and home button for 10sec
3) after ten seconds hold home button til itunes says it has detected an ipod in recovery mode, hit restore and/or update
4) resync itunes library

Thanks for the reply this has helped me too, my ipod was doing the exact same thing by freezing on that screen, after failing at jailbreaking my ipod.

now works!!
