A part of my screen protector cracked and the glass fell into my speaker on the top and then slid down behind my screen. What will happen to my phone?

I dropped my phone upside down, and the protector cracked. A small piece of the protector glass went into my speaker; as I tried to get it out, it slid down behind my phone screen. What will happen? Will it ruin my phone? Can I do anything to get it out? Please help!!! This is a iPhone 15 Pro Max

Is it actually causing more damage to your phone, and are you able to use something like a toothpick to get it out? If not then you're probably fine, but if you're really concerned about it and still have your warranty (given it's a newer iphone), you can try contacting Apple Support and see if they'd even do anything about it.

Are you sure it's not just glass behind the screen protector itself? I'd think the seal on the screen is really strong.
