In most cases, this isn't possible. iPhone apps run on the iOS platform, and Mac apps run on the MacOS platform.

However, if you're running MacOS 14 or later (you didn't let us know which Mac you have, nor did you state which MacOS you're running), and you're on an Apple Silicon Mac, this may be possible. In general, iPhones run apps made for ios. Macs run apps made for MacOS.
