Astronomy app, what is it?

I see nothing anywhere about what the astronomy app is, why it’s there, what it does, and most disturbing, why there is no option to do nothing much about it. What if I don’t want my wallpapers giving out location information without my knowledge? The only answer I have found is not a good one. I have quite a number of apps I don’t use in my systems services using large amounts of data and the only connection I can find is this app that I didn’t install, and seems to lead to nowhere in my phone. I am not a gamer, don’t use social media, keep Bluetooth off, yet the KB use is huge compared to the rest.

I just tried adding the Astronomy wallpaper, and there were options for sharing or not sharing location data. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to change the option, even after deleting the wallpaper and then adding it back. You can go to Settings/Cellular, scroll down to Astronomy and turn off its access to cellular data. The Astronomy icon was there in Cellular Data before I added the Astronomy wallpaper.
