Change your passwords on your Apple ID as well as on your mail accounts with your Mail Provider. Running Safety Check can help you with resetting your passwords as well as viewing who else is logged into your account.

There is nothing that has been provided that shows your iPhone has been hacked. An account can be compromised whenever anyone else has your password. Review this support article to identify and report phishing attempts that you may receive from Mail or Messages.

GMail has never been a service known for protecting your personal information. When you sign up for it, you give consent to have your mail scanned and to gather information that is sold to advertisers. That is a large part of the Google revenue source and how they are able to provide the service for free.

Your phone is not hacked. Your account is. Anyone who has both your Apple ID and password can then log in to your account from virtually any other device and see everything you do that gets backed up to iCloud. Emails, photos, contacts, messages, etc.

At minimum, you need to change your password to something that is not easy to guess. Log in to your Apple account online and look for any devices listed under your account that do not belong to you. Remove any such devices.
