Check for matching charges listed in the Apple Billing & Subscriptions info for all of your Apple IDs:

Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support

If there are no matching charges shown on any of your Apple IDs, then you’re quite possibly the victim of payment card fraud.

If so, contact your financial provider, and discuss and potentially dispute the charges.

Make absolutely sure there are no matching charges on any of your Apple IDs before you open a dispute.
