I haven’t looked at my Bluetooth devices in a long time. Today, while pairing an echo speaker, I noticed ‘demo’ listed under my Bluetooth devices. There’s no way to disconnect or forget it. Any suggestions to get rid of these?

As those don’t have an info icon they are BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connections that are managed by an app on your phone. Only that app can use those connections. So look for an app that might be the culprit.
Those could indeed be the culprits. As posted by Lawrence above, such bluetooth connections are managed by the associated apps. You could test by deleting the apps to see if the mystery devices disappear.
I deleted the app for the thermometer, and that did the trick. I learned something new today. Thank you!

I bought two sets of Bluetooth earbuds and a Bluetooth thermometer for cooking. They all had apps I installed. Could these be the culprits? Should I be concerned if it is a known source?
