If you want to run Windows on a Mac:

Running Windows on a Mac, and Connecting … - Apple Community

If your camera has a media card reader, most Macs either have a card reader, or there is a USB card reader you can attach to almost any Mac that supports most camera cards.

The manufacturer of the Microscope and the Camera should be able to tell you if they are aware of any specific software for the Mac they recommend using.

If you are using a specific Mac OS, or model ask a question in the relevant community:

as a new thread to get a wider audience if you still can't answer the question.

Indicate the version of Mac OS you are running, the Mac model and age of the Mac. Both in Apple menu (Apple logo in upper left corner) -> About This Mac.

Indicate the model microscope, and version, and model camera and version, and someone should be able to come up with some help.
