How do I authorized my PC in Apple Music?

I'm unable for some reason, to authorize my computer.

Wheel (or taskbar logo thing actually) keeps trying to finish.

Computer not Authorized I have downloaded music on this computer previously on Itunes, and this time it comes up and says my computer is not Authorized, so I went through the Authorization process and the message comes up and says this computer is already one of the 5 computers Authorized, but I only have 2 on my list of Authorized computers, so when I go to select the song to play it does it again, and says this computer is not Authorized and wants me to go through the Authorizing process again. So I removed this computer and put it back in as an Authorized computer, restarted my computer and it still does it. How do I fix this???

SOME SONGS WILL NOT PLAY , IT SAYS TO AUTHORIZE COMPUTER. COMPUTER IS ALREADY AUTHORIZED AUTHORIZED COMPUTER CAN'T PLAY PURCHASED DOWNLOADED MUSIC , DROP BOX COME UP SAYS I NEED TO AUTHORIZE. AFTER I SAY OK IT SAYS I ALREADY AUTHORIZED THE COMPUTER IT HAPPENS ON SOME SONGS PURCHASED BUT NOT OTHERS.

Keeps asking me to authorize my computer for music hi itune on my laptop keep asking me to authorize my computer for music i have purchased a bit ago and played before. when try to authorize it says this computer is already authorized but still doesnt bloody play is this a glitch in the apple system or something else?
