iCloud banned on Apple App Store
my icloud had been banned on the apple app store so i can no longer download anything it uodate the apps that i need to.

Do you mean your Apple ID is disabled in the App Store? If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself.
