MacBook Air M2 Max external display flickering

My second screen just stopped working. When I plug in my second screen now, both the macbook air and the monitor flicker on and off. I have tested with two known working external monitors and two known working hdmi cables and two usb-c to hdmi adaptors.

I've tried:

Fix 1: Reboot your MacBook.

Fix 2: Update your MacBook.

Fix 3: Deactivate automatic graphics switching

Fix 4: Deactivate True Tone

Fix 5: Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on Mac.

Fix 6: Reset NVRAM/PRAM on your MacBook.

None of this has worked.
