Why did i get a message that my phone is lost or stolen or damaged i could loose all my data?

It’s telling you that you do not have enough iCloud storage (or are close to not having enough iCloud storage) for all the content you are backing up.j
Don’t they say when you get a new phone you get more storage because I just got a new phone and I don’t have any more storage. It’s still give me those messages and I even went from iPhone SE second generation to iPhone 15.
It’s like the thing that says you need to upgrade iCloud otherwise it won’t save your stuff

That message refers to ICLOUD storage. Not storage in YOUR PHONE. They are two totally different things.
