a while back, fiddling with settings I changed my mouse setting thus that the arrow changes to an open hand on some items and a pointing hand when hovering on a link.
I want my default setting back.
How do I do that (macOS Sonoma)?

System Setting >> type " Hover " like in image below
If you enable Hover Over - turn it off like in image
Take screenshots or screen recordings on Mac
Perhaps a Screen Shot of Exactly what you are seeing
Provide the Context in which this occurs
PS - Using Magic Mice on two different computer and do not see what you are presenting

I couldn’t find anything there pointing to a solution to what I’m stuck with.
Perhaps I should’ve specified, for a complete picture, that I’m using Apple’s Magic Mouse.
