A few weeks ago after update buttons and swipes gesture were changed. But why horizontal swipe which allow to change screen quickly and easily disappears. I use several screens with different options on it and now I have to tap to edit mode, change screen, confirm to change. Can I restore previous gesture somehow?

Put your finger on screen, wait until screen size reduces and then horizontal swipe
I know that. But this is completally inconvinient for me, compare to previous logic. So, this is not a bug and Apple did that on puprose, am I right?
